  I ordered a beautiful Earth Ring from Mark, and it was unfortunately ordered too small after having a chain jeweler incorrectly size my finger. Mark kindly offered to take the ring back and resize it for me. I received it in the mail recently and it fits perfectly. He did not have to help, but he did and he made it a great experience. Thank you!

  We went to Mark to design my girlfriends engagement ring. He spent at least two hours sitting with us and talking through everything diamonds. He drew out everything she envisioned on to paper and we created a beautiful ring. He is very trustworthy and never once was pushy or salesy. Overall this experience beat any experience we had at all the other chain jewelry stores We went to.
