  The room we were in I couldn't bathe my kids because the water spout didn't work & there was no hot water. No only that the sink didn't drain.

  Excelent close to Tim Horton and they accomadated my 40 foot Rv.

  Visited in the middle of winter and the hallways were freezing! As cold as the temperatures outside! Thankfully the rooms were warm and you can control your own temperature. If you are sensitive to any cigarette smoke, I would avoid booking here as they allow a section of smoking rooms in the hotel which are not exclusively sectioned off from the other rooms. You still smell smoke in the hallways and on the elevators. There was even a cigarette bud on the floor by our elevator! The hotel definitely could use a huge facelift: carpets in the hallways, carpets in the rooms, new bedspreads. Other than those things, for the price we paid and how much we used the room, it was decent.

  We got a room at 11pm and it was 60 degrees inside. We cranked the heat and it was 72 by the time we woke up. No one slept well because of the cold and the noise from the heater. The shower curtain rod was hanging by a thread and the free breakfast was either tasteless or cold. The waffle maker was ok. Not worth the $110 a night. I will try the new Holiday Inn next time.
