  Overall great experience! Everything arrived on time and was in perfect condition. All staff were helpful and polite especially the man at the loading bay he was awesome. We will buy from The Brick Again!

  My worst experience. My order was not delivered the time frame they said they will. Customer service rep was rude. I will never shop at tte brick fort mc. You just lost a long time customer. This is my second worst experience . I would have given them 0 stars but there is none

  only people at this store at 10am and we’re told that the only sales person here is on a conference call for about an hour and no one else is able to help us. We just want to know the price of a table and not one of the three people working in the store are able to tell us any information.

  Happy with the service receive here. My partner and I got a really great deal on a mattress/box spring set and a 6 piece bedroom set. Very happy with the amazing deal we got and they sales reps were fairly friendly and helpful.
