  After the YMM wildfire my home had to be renovated. The staff at Sands is always very helpful, professional and kind. They have a interior design specialist on staff and she helped match my backsplash, countertop,flooring and even fixed our paint choices. One visit my husband and I had not eaten that morning and felt cranky trying to find bathroom tile and left the store for breakfast and decided to return after we ate. A Sands staffer called me to make sure we were okay. That's great service and only one example. Sands also works with my contractor and sets up appointments and quotes!   Sands Carpet One was extremely flexible in working with my family to replace our carpet. They were quick to give a quote, accommodating for our schedule and pleasant to work with. The quote was quite reasonable, which made us go ahead with their install. The carpet was installed very professionally and the quality was quite high from their installer. I was impressed by how clean and tight the carpet looked and we have been very happy with it for the last month with no issues.

  Poor business ethics... I had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with the owner and sales team. I was quoted set prices for a decent sized order of various tiles. After 3 trips of pairing tiles and pricing I was ready to pick up the order. I went in to purchase and pickup the order, only to be told that they raised their prices since my last visit (within 20 hours) through the same sales guy. They offered no solution except to pay close to double the quoted price. They knew I needed the tile right away, and it was in stock. They blatantly tried to rip me off because of my situation. I highly recommend finding your materials elsewhere.
