  Just met with Alysha five minutes before closing today and she was able to help me with a problem I’ve been having with online banking for the past four months !! She was quick and knowledgeable and amazing, thank you so much !!

  Horrible service. Went there today in the afternoon and all the staff were dragging their feet. When I arrived there were 2 people in line, and by the time I saw a teller a huge line up had formed because they were all moving so slowly. The teller I saw kept making mistakes with the customer in front of me and every time he had to go back to that window that dispenses cash for them, it was like he was moving in slow motion. There were only 2 tellers and after the line up had gotten too long for the little fenced in area, another teller finally came out, but also walking very slowly with no sense of urgency for the huge line up that had formed. When My teller finally finished with the previous customer and saw me, he didnt apologize for the wait or anything. I had been coughing my lungs out in line and told him I needed to replace my debit card asap because I lost it, and was sick with bronchitis and needed to buy medicine. He just stood there delicately folding up the previous customer's receipt and slowly put it in a drawer. Honestly I wanted to ask him if he was hungover or something.

  Not my branch, but it's where I like to go to do my banking. Staff is amazing and polite. Peak hours can be slow. They have 2 ATMs outside, but sometimes people sleep by the door or litter the place overnight, but it's fairly safe during the day

  Open 7 days a week , yes you'll always queue up just like any TD branch , when this happens the financial advisors log in the tellers places and help . It's close to home and very convenient . Like it .

  TD has time and time again made errors on my account and the bank fees I've been getting are unbearable. I'm 19 years old and am eligible for a free unlimited student account but was told that the $41 fee I just got because of their error is my fault and won't be able to get it back. I will go to another branch that has more competence and even a sliver of human decency. TD has made way too many technical errors and for someone who's saving up to go to university or college these fees should be the last thing I have to worry about. Absolutely toxic experience, avoid TD and especially this branch, Thanks for absolutely nothing. UPDATE: after a four minute call with my home branch they reversed the fees, thus further emphasizing the uselessness of this branch.
