  Very Helpful Staff and Efficient Service I was extremely pleased and helped by the staff at Scotia Spadina especially by Mr brahmbhatt . Highly recommended for your banking needs

  I called and after pressing #3 to talk to a customer representative I was asked to input the name from the phone keyboard but I know no one over there, just needed to schedule a meeting with a mortgage specialist. So after three times it say, sorry but we didn't get any input and I was passed to a voicemail, some Alex who's not in the bank. This is unreal.

  This is the worst bank to try and get through to on the phone. Also, my rep is never in his office. I am definitely changing branches or bank.
