  I have been trying to avoid this branch but since it's the nearest to me I keep dropping in. Today was the last time, the customer service is the worst of all the branches I visit. I believe its because the team follows the lead of Janice Leung the Customer Service Manager.

  Experience with multiple staff here has been very smooth, branch is tucked away on West 8 so many people are unaware of this location. Always my top choice in the Cambie Broadway Fairview Marpole vicinity!

  I have recently moved back to Canada and had to open a new business bank account. I tried out a few other banks, but the staff here was super helpful and went above and beyond. to make sure my money manners are in order. Thanks!
