::This branch is something else. I own a business from 2012. Since the business I now own went bankrupy in 1995, the bank is holding me responsibility for it. The paperwork shows I'm the owner since 2012 and just because its the same name doesn't mean I was the owner and I wasn't. I have to retain a lawyer and put RBC before the courts. Good luck against me. The manager is something else. I'm starting to think the bank is a training location since they have a huge turn over in staff

::They quickly sent me away and asked me to call card services. 2 weeks later the issue still hasn’t been resolved and it turns out they could have handled the request in the bank within a business day.

::Very bad branch setup, obviously the setup is not working. Can't easily identify staff member, service is always slow, temperature in the place is always either too hot or too cold.

::Really terrible setup. Always understaffed, customers don't know where to lineup so everyone stands around awkwardly and then you interact with the teller with everyone standing around you with zero privacy. No idea what RBC was thinking with this experience.

::This branch is short staff resulting long waits. in numerous occasions i find the employees are not knowledgeable resulting slow and poor service. When they are unable to satisfy the transaction, rather than making attempts to solve my request , they can only keep saying sorry. In future if I have complex transactions I will choose another RBC in order to avoid any further frustrations dealing with this branch.
