  I don’t know why they have bad review for this location, but fortunately i had a very awesome experience after visiting this location. I had to return an order i placed online and went to this location to return it, the lady that help me is i think the Manager or Supervisor but upon checking me out a lady named DEANNA (that’s what on my receipt) went go and beyond delivering awesome customer service. She price matched the mules i was returning to the mules that caught my eye in the store. Overall i highly recommend this location for being awesome and delivering excellent customer service! I will definetly come back for a sale. 👏🏻👌🏻

  Too bad I didn't ask the name of the short and chubby-looking cashier who just stared at me when I entered the store. I wanted to try on a pair of boots, but both sales people were just stupidly staring at me without offering assistance which I obviously needed!!! Steve Madden, why you underpay your poor stuff, so they end up hating their job amd giving the worst service?????

  No variety of sizes at all. The store did not have the size for at least 6 different type of shoes I liked so I had to go buy them at another shoe store. Also, every time I shop at this store, it seems understaff and the service is slow. The staff is also rude, looks unpleased to be there working and it made me uncomfortable to ask them questions or to get me different sizes.
