::Went in to pick up shirts and a belt that had been altered.Staff forgot to include my belt and i only realized when i got home.Truthfully it was both my fault and staff.So i called the store and they had a courier bring me the belt early the next day.Like any other store,they mess up sometimes but the measure of a good staff is how they fix issues that arise.

::You know sometimes you meet the wrong sale associate and get hurt by all the company, I walked into this store with pride and respect and their gave me back the respect ... it’s all about that. This is a classic dress store . Never walk in like a McDonald ... walk inside like a boss even if you not rich

::I ordered a bowtie on July 15th, and I needed it for August 9th. I was told it would be ready in 9-12 days. On August 7th I went into the store after receiving no phone calls (They said they would call) and I was told that it was never delivered/ordered. So the person there told me that he would figure it out and call me the next day (The day before I needed it) to let me know if he could get it in... I never actually got a phone call and had to borrow one from someone I knew instead. So on August 13th (About 5 days after I needed it and a month after I ordered it) I went in to get a refund and it turns out it still wasn't delivered... which I find absolutely ridiculous considering it was a simple red bowtie... not a custom fitted 3 piece suit. I ended up getting my refund but I didn't get a single "Were extremely sorry for the inconvenience" or any sort of acknowledgment that they made a mistake. This is a complete embarrassment to the company and I will never be coming to this store again, I will also be actively encouraging people I know to avoid this company and go to a different store, maybe the Nordstrom 80ft away? EDIT: I emailed the customer service 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a reply back, I guess their online customer service is just as bad as there in-store customer service. This company is by far one of the worst I have ever dealt.
