  Asha at the store was super, vivid and energetic... she made my morning excellent... for personalized service...I highly recommend her

  Worst Starbucks I've been too. Very slow and my sandwich was still cold in the middle

  After a long wait in the queue I finally reached the counter and I was not feeling well because of the cold, it was raining too so wanted something hot, I have already drank my Latte and needed a riffle. The barista was very rude and bluntly said that they don't give refills. Then I asked for Unicorn drink for my friend, again she rudely said we don't have it too, go upstairs in Indigo store for Unicorn drink. Anyhow my friend had to try Unicorn drink so we headed to Indigo. Again the barista there too was rude, when I asked for a refill she said that we don't do refills. Moreover they scared us a lot for Unicorn Drink by saying they didn't liked it, the taste is not good. Now I'll try to skip these two places.

  My stars are only for the gentleman training on Saturday April 22 at 1pm. He was trying his hardest to write down my complicated order ( white tea, half lemonade, half water, 3 pumps toasted coconut), while his trainer was looking annoyed at thr fact he didn't know the abbreviations or where things are filed in the cash register. Heck, I need help saying it. Hang in there dude, you did just fine. You're only as good as the person training you. P. S the customers notice the lack of enthusiasm for training other future employees, it takes time. I'm sure you were there at some point in your "career". Maybe you're short staffed, tired and annoyed you have to trian someone on a Saturday morning, but I'm sure someone had to trian you. Being kind to your coworkers and working together does more for your brand, then looking annoyed and miserable does.
