  Have been a Staples customer for over 20 years, and purchased a new laptop this week. We live 1 1/2 hours away and was disappointed when I got home and set it up and there was a big problem with it. I couldn't have received any better customer service. Thomas in the Tech Dept was fantastic. He was polite, professional, listened to me, explained things very well and had my lap top up and running in no time. Thomas is a credit to the Staples Tech Team. Manager Ron was also very helpful and appreciated his time.

  Usually quick and print great labels for me today standing around cause nobody seems to know what they are doing. If you have someone working in printing maybe you should hire someone who knows what thet are doing or train your staff very disappointed today
