  The Easyhome Sudbury Location is the worst place I’ve ever had to deal with! My Fiancée and I had a Rent to Own agreement (Coffee Tables & Dining Table Set) for 1 year and our agreement stated 1 month free of payments because we had previously leased. ^ This is total bullsh** The staff are so confused and misinformed; they con you into thinking that your first month is free of pavements. When you go to do your last payment they inform you that your lease isn’t done and you still have more payments. My lease agreement states last payment is early December 2017 , and now suddenly I need to pay until January 2018. -CON ARTISTS- If you refuse to make the payments that are not on your agreement ANYWHERE, they begin threatening and become very condescending instead of actually helping the customer. In addition, we called about 6 months through our lease for a general question about our agreement. We were re-directed several times, promised they would look into our inquiries and call back. They never did! Approximately 8 phone call and 2 months of trying to get an answer, we finally got one! Finally, a bolt under my table came undone and ripped out the wood surrounding making it impossible to re-attach. Easyhome refused to help in any way. They said “ Your lease is more than 6 months paid out, so therefore it’s no longer our responsibility”. I have finally made my last payment; and it’s never felt so good to be done with Easyhome. I WILL NEVER RE-LEASE! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO YOUR STORE! HORRIBLE FROM THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN TO THE MOMENT YOU WALK OUT!! DON’T DO IT!

  Well 1st of the regional manager shouldn't be writing her reviews on this because she works there and 2 you are pushy and you trap ppl and 3 you take advantage of the less fortunate finically as you charge more for something over time than buying it outright ie. 15 dollars a week for a couch for 2 years or outright for 550, that's over 2 grand for a couch and when u owe them money they come pounding on door honking there horns and threaten to badly harm nice and all my neighbours heard it and if that's how conduct business then ur a moron

  The staff is very friendly and knows their stuff, but aren't pushy!
