  I went into the store mentioning my lower back pain. She sold me an expensive mattress that made it so much worse.

  Very nice open space with a huge selection of beds,the woman working there was very nice and friendly.Gave great advice and help.

  I came to Sleep Country first thing in the morning, 10:00 a.m. on the dot. The sales man let me in and was ready to help right away. Joshua was the sales man that helped me pick out my bed. He was really helpful, friendly and funny. It made picking out a bed that much more enjoyable. I GIVE YOU FIVE GOLD STARS JOSHUA ☆☆☆☆☆ Over all I walked out only spending 100$ more than I planned which isn't that big of a deal considering the customer service rocked! Even the people that delivered my bed were really polite and respectful in my home. :) But sadly my bed wasn't to my liking... I went back the same week to trade it for a new one. There were no issues there and again I got wonderful customer service from Joshua. My new bed is on the way and I can't wait! :)

  Outstanding service. Joshua Mark was exceptionally friendly and efficient in helping us find the right mattress and then, when a delivery problem ensued, he went above an beyond by personally delivering the mattress to us. Truly, Joshua's service was the best service we have every had at any type of home furnishing store...ever.
