Worst customer service experience in my life and got the situation on tape. I would have blamed the staff who took passport picture was lying arrogant and rude. But after I met the store manager and saw the way she acted, I could totally understand this is a bad management from top down. Complete lack of professionalism, shame and integrity. Filing formal complaint against the Manager.

Awful pharmacy experience; not knowledgeable and not willing to help at all with products' range

I was choosing a perfume and taking pic of some so my girlfriend could help me to choose and an asian lady was all the time looking at me and making questions. I felt so discriminated... Ended not buying anything and leaving. Not planning to come back. Horrible customer service. The worse I had compared to other Shoppers. And It was not the first time something like it happened with me there.

I had ordered two Amazon packages to be delivered to this Shoppers location, but upon pick-up they were heavier than I expected and I realized I would be unable to walk home with them. Fortunately, a kind employee by the name of Ricardo offered, with a smile, to help me out by using one of the trolleys from their back room to transport my packages to my doorstep for me (approx. 10 min walk). I just wanted to leave this review to say I'm incredibly grateful for this level of customer service that went above and beyond my expectations! It made my day. :)

This Shoppers is extremely busy, and the staff are not approachable. That said, the store is well stocked for a varied of needs and very convenient for anyone who works in the financial district near Yonge. I also recently had a fantastic experience with a pharmacist, Kevin. He went out of his way to resolve an insurance issue. I can't say I'm a big fan of the manager of the pharmacy, but I am happy to consult with Kevin any time he's around.
