::Went for my prescription but needed to take my b12 injection too. This male staff gave me a syringe and asked me to go through the main till. After waiting for about 20 mins for my turn, the barcode wasn't scanning right so I was sent back to the pharmacy till. Waited again for my turn for another 9min to pay 29cent for it then the male staff again said he doesn't know how to give the b12 needle . I was surprised because every pharmacy u had been gladly offered to give me the shot. I spent more than 30mins in the store only to pay for a syringe. Aside waiting 30min for prescription. No am definitely not going to this store again

::All the Shopper’s in Thunder Bay are great places to shop but my favourite is the West Arthur location, friendly helpful staff, and has a large selection of everything I need.

::Great staff and store

::The store itself was fine, and many of the staff were nice. However there was one member of the staff in the digital section that was talking to a customer, rather loudly, in very uncomfortable ways. They talked about how "they" were causing problems, killing Christmas, "they" are the reason we have crime, etc. Advocating child abuse and making homophobic remarks about how they shouldn't be able to raise children, saying "only a man and woman should raise kids with good Christian morals." I could go on but it made me sick to my stomach. Freedom of speech is incredibly important but this was bordering open hate speech and it made me and others very uncomfortable.
