::I ordered a pearl milk tea (their most popular drink), and it had quite a bit of milk powder that wasn't mixed in well. For a $6 drink, that's pretty ridiculous.

::Staff are good, the decor isnât the greatest but the tea is still always great

::Best bubble tea ever. The tapioca here is great, it's spoiled me when going to other places. I highly recommend the hokkaido tea, it's probably one of my most favorite flavors here. Always get less ice since they always put way too much ice in there.

::A recent experience with CoCo had sullied my love of bubble tea, so I was a bit apprehensive about ordering it again. I wanted something cold and refreshing and they had limited slush flavours, so I went for the only slush on their popular menu: Mango with (vanilla) ice cream. The ice cream pretty much disappears into the slush so I can't speak for how good it is, but I was a fan of the mango flavour (occasionally got chunks). 50â less sugar was just right for me and service was fine. I still think bubble tea chain stores, in general, are too expensive.
