  Mein lieblings Kaffee! Second cup coffe verkauft die besten Heißgetränke. Die Kette ist fast überall zu finden und hat einen super Service vor zu bringen! Sehr gute Getränke Auswahl. Mein persönliches Lieblingsgetränk ist die dunkle und auch die weiße Hot Chocolate! Die Qualität ist sehr gut und auch die Preise sind voll im Rahmen. Falls ihr noch nie dort wart, dann schaut auf jeden Fall mal vorbei!

  Terrible Service! The super-unfriendly lady acts as if she is doing you a service. I will take my money else-where. The Manager was standing right beside her (gentleman with the glasses) and said nothing I guess they don't see any problem with the very poor service they are providing. All my colleagues advised me no to go there despite the proximity of the location to the office. This is a typical example of an issue starting at the top. The coffee is a typical 2nd cup coffee, no comments there.

  Good coffee but the staff are so rude and poorly trained. Good luck complaining brcause the mangers are highly ineffective and do not seem to grasp the concept of franchising. The two day times staff members (ladies) are unbelievable! Makes you want to take your cam and record how they abuse their clients .Aside from that, great location and love the upgrade.

  The best second cup location in downtown Toronto. Near the Cadillac Fairview tower entrance and near the Apple Store. Very friendly staff and fantastic coffee and service. Highly recommended this location.
