  Typical Safeway. The guy at the deli tried to overcharge us on the lunch utens we had purchased. The store manager sorted things out.kind of felt like I was at a corner convenience store!

  Very convient from the university, their customer service is very good. The store is smaller than the average Safeway, so there are fewer items to choose from.

  The salads they make are always on the verge of rotten with brown lettuce buried under rotten tomatoes and cucumbers. Three times (I know I should have learned) we picked up their ready made chicken Parmesan only to find out it’s actually veal. I’ve switched to Dalhousie fresh salads always and never disappointed with their ready made products.

  Relatively small Safeway store. Good for fast grocery shopping. They have always some items on discount in front rows.
