  I would highly recommend this company for your lighting needs! Great customer service that goes above and beyond. I ordered track lighting for my kitchen but when it arrived there were issues. Mike at Richardson’s was quick to address the issues and spent a lot of time and additional cost which they covered to rectify the issues. I am happy with the end result and would (and have) purchase from them again. Good customer service is hard to find these days but I definitely found it at Richardson’s Lighting!

  Lorne knew exactly what I needed and was really kind and helpful in offering his expertise. It's been a long time since I've felt so looked after as a customer. Looking forward to shopping here again.

  Great service. I went in dreading the thought of looking at hundreds of lighting options only to find out sales person expertly narrow down out choices. We are very happy with what we decided on. Highly recommended!

  Richardson Lighting has without question some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The staff are always pleased to see you, happy to help you with whatever you need, and very well informed on any topic you might have questions about. Would highly recommend them.
