  i called to ask about a humidifier filter the guy who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional , his answer was sorry i can't help you . lol

  After spending an hour on the phone trying to get a hold of them (kept saying customer not available), then lugging 2 young children there, paying for parking, dealt with a rude, unhelpful man. Won’t be going back I try to shop locally but would rather order online after this experience

  Need a part? These folks probably have it in stock and if not can order it fast. They have the knowledge to give you good advice on what you're ordering.
