  I purchased a dresser from Ontario and being in a new built, I have no driveway or walkway yet. When I got the call for deliveryThe driver delivered the item and said he can't get it up the porch and said they can redeliver it on a specific day. So I rescheduled (on a day my boyfriend would be home) without knowing there would be storage charge and a huge redelivery charge. Couple days later, they delivered it (A DAY EARLIER THAN SCHEDULED), again I can't help the driver to get it up the porch, thankfully, the construction worker next door was able to help, otherwise I would have to pay another redelivery and storage fee. Anyhow, I got an invoice now saying I have to pay 2 days storage fees and redelivery charge (for them to redeliver on the wrong day). The whole time I was talking to Winnipeg office, now only they continuously ignore my calls and neglect to call me back, they promised they would get it resolved. In the end, I am the one who got screwed. Worst transportation company, will never hire this company again!
