  I unfortunately locked myself out of my car, seeking shelter from the cold in a store that was about to close in 30 minutes. I called Brad’s Towing company, giving the lady on my phone details of the car and the location. She was very patient even though she didn’t hear me clearly and had to ask again for the car type. They arrived right before the store closed, insisting I sit inside the tow truck to warm up while the driver unlocked my car. I would definitely recommend choosing Brad’s Towing company if you’re ever in a situation where you need to call a tow truck.

  My car battery went kaput last week and so on Saturday I got my car towed to a shop. From the time I called to ask for a tow, until the time the driver, whose name is Jesse. left with my car, it was 45 minutes, if not less. Great service all the way around. They were really easy to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

  Just experienced tailgating by brad's semi tower on idywyld. He was going 110km in a 90.

  Wow. When you walk up to ask a simple an employee a simple question and they snap at you...says a lot for customer service when you can't even ask for the time. If I need a tow, I'll turn to a company that's a little friendlier
