This place should not even be awarded one star. The amount of inconsistency and carelesness of the pharmacist there is something I’ve never seen before. I’ve never waited so long and brushed aside to seek the help of a pharmacist. Shame on you.

I mostly come here for the pharmacy. It's usually very busy which is understandable but maybe it's a bit understaffed as well. I once had to wait for my medication for over 45 minutes.

Unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful! Failed to inform me of drug interactions that left me hypothyroid for over a year. Couldn't synchronize medications in over a year of trying. I have witnessed pharmacy staff riduculing elderly staff, once yelling at an elderly gentleman who was hard of hearing across two counters and laughing at his inability to hear them. I also experienced humiliation at their hands when the lady at the cash smelled medical marjuana on me, then immediately ran to her colleagues, whispered in their ears, then one by one each of them staring and giggling like a bunch of little school girls. Management apparently condones this behavior and is of no help in improving service.

The pharmacists are incompetent. They cannot get orders done on time and cannot keep track of where they store them. On top of that they are rude and will give you attitude. It is always a task going there to pick up medication.

I visited in March from western Canada, and I got such amazing quick customer service it was so heartwarming. I started going to this pharmacy around 2008, the staff are always smiling, and the pharmacist really take the time to explain proper taking of your medication. Imagine they still knew my name. The pharmacy can get pretty busy, people seem to come from all over just to come back to this one, which is kind of weird but they must be doing something right. If i moved back to Quebec, I would definitely go to this one.
