  I never actually purchased home hardware in this store before. However, just sitting outside it on Dieu du Ciel's terrace made me more interested in hardware than I ever thought possible. I was amazed at how excited I felt by the window display. Never before had I seen doorknobs displayed in such a beautiful, sophisticated manner. All thumbs up to whoever takes credit for that merchandising. Literally, an object equated to boringness and unintelligence, transformed into a majestic piece that I must now need to purchase for my future home, if I can ever afford to own one.

  Comme à chaque fois que je vais à cet endroit je retrouve toujours ke même service distant . Des représentants suffisants, sans déférence ni sollicitude qui se la joue. Et aujourd'hui la dame qui m'a servi était d'une insolence qui n'avait d'égal que son incompétence. Dommage car il y de beaux produits, mais heureusement que j'ai pu retrouver par hasard dans une ambiance chaleureuse chez Piché & fils tout à côté sur st-Laurent.
