  bought 3 items here, got back home and every single one was defective. when i went back like an hour later i found out they apparently have a no refund policy and was basically blamed for not checking if the products were defective before i bought them. didn’t even get a discount on an exchange for an actually functional item. would not recommend going here, you might find something that actually works but the customer service is seriously lacking.

  Conveniently have a no refund policy, since the products are often defective and at the very least made cheap.

  On two occasions I've come to the store trying to find an item for a quick last minute fix and on two occasions the store is closed during supposed opened hours. Don't go at 10:40 Saturday Morning cuz they still closed. And on those two occasions I've gone to another place up the boulevard.

  Awesome place with loads of kitchen gadgets at good prices! The lady working there was kind and helpful.
