  This is a great little apartment with very friendly building staff. The units are nice and the building is well maintained. During the past year, I've submitted a couple repair requests and it was resolved in a timely fashion, with minimal hassle. Unfortunately, I did have some issues at the beginning getting the paperwork sorted out with my lease. I feel the whole process could have been a lot smoother, but this may have reflected more on the individuals I worked with, rather than the company as a whole. There was also a small issue where rental agents and property managers were not on the same page, resulting in promises that were not initially kept. Fortunately though everything was resolved and there hasn't been an issue since!

  I recently started renting a bachelor here. Great first experience with CLV. Christine answered all my questions and made the logistics quick and painless. She gets back to my queries right away so I know I'm in good hands. The building as well as the units themselves are bright and pristine. What's more, the tenants seem friendly and professional. I'm looking forward to my year here!
