  Excellent customer service, nice clean tastefully decorated rooms. Underground parking, good location. Room key drop box in the underground parking made departure a breeze. Even when we accidentally deposited the casino member card in the drop box ny accident they called us and offered to return it to us in the mail. The message light on the phone beside the bed kept flashing which was distracting at night. I unplugged it and moved it away from the bed and simply plugged it back in the morning.

  Great location close to amenities. However the breakfast was kind of disgusting and could definitely be improved for the overall cost of the hotel. The gym is great everything is clean, the staff are wonderful. I do recommend this hotel aside from the gross breakfast food.

  Beautiful hotel and great service. Only down side is you have to pay for parking unless you get lucky like we did and found free parking on the side street. (Free on Saturday and Sundays). Room were clean and nice location downtown. (Next to the 417 highway)

  Great value. Rooms are clean, but a bit small. The location is good. Pretty close to everything, street shopping, inexpensive family restaurants, bars, convenient stores, a great museum and a park. All within 10 minute walking distance. The breakfast included is basic but adequate, coffee, bread, eggs, ham, yoghurt, etc. Good enough to get your engine going.

  Great place to stay that is right next door to the Museum of Nature. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bed in particular was super comfortable. In room kitchen area is compact yet functional. A free breakfast is also provided for all overnight guests. It was pretty good but not the best I've had. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, while housekeeping do a great job. Underground parking is available for a fee and highly recommended in winter.
