  Generally highly incompetent. Their service and aesthetics are so primitive you wonder if you'd be better off in a bank from the 1600s. Every time my mother needs to come in they are rude, inefficient and barely capable of their job. Refusing to cash checks for no valid reason and long waiting periods? Get it together. My grandfather sent my mom some money last fall and there was a 15 day waiting period and they hadn't even heard of the place that processed the check over in Vancouver. As a bank that is allegedly nationwide, should you not know about other places that process checks? I'm also very convinced that they are discriminatory to English speakers. Never open an account here.
