  I recently bought new boots and the zipper broke within a month. I took it to Moneysworth & Best in the TD centre and he fixed it the same day. He gave me a reasonable price. I now have my winter boots for the rest of the season. Going forward I will only bring my boots here.

  If you enjoy having your shoes ripped out of your hands, being overcharged, and bullied then this is the store for you. I was charged $186 (receipt is in the photos) to repair 2 shoes. I wanted both of them to have the rubber at the bottom replaced and one of the zippers to be fixed. When I came to pick up the shoes I was not satisfied with the quality since he could not do the heel as he promised. The payment is paid upfront and there are no refunds. I told him that next time he should be more honest with me that he wasn't equipped with the right material and that my specific Jeffrey Campbell (shoe #1) he could not do. We went back and forth until he got frustrated and ripped the shoe out of my hands and said he would take off the rubber heel and refund me my money. I told him to give me back my shoe and he threatened to call security. He then tried to intimidate me by saying "people are watching you" as though I would succumb to his cheap scare tactics. Me voicing my concern about the quality of repair and my numerous attempts to de-escalate the situation were ignored. I did not pay $186 to be bullied. Afterwards I went home and I put on one of the shoes (shoe #2) to go out, when I returned home after a few hours the ZIPPER WAS STILL BROKEN. He never even fixed the shoe properly!!! If you value your time and money please spend it elsewhere, no one deserves to be treated the way I was today. Please see the photos attached. My receipt was on Dec 21 2017 for $186, I picked them up today Dec 27 2017. The picture of the shoe with the broken zipper before and after (same day) are also below.

  Managed to repair three pairs of shoes I thought were dead and you can't even tell! Easy fix for the bottom of heels as well

  If you are a woman, prepare to be ripped off. Sure, he gives good timely service cause he isn't busy... but his work is not that great. He charged me $60 per shoe for soles and repair to scratches but he hardly did anything... (could have bought a new pair seriously) and it's 2nd time my shoes squeak after he repaired them... I shouldn't have to go back and forth for this stuff.

  Really great service, honest quotes and realistic timelines for quality work. Had a pair of dress shoes that need new soles, heels, leather treatment. John asked if he could take a week b/c of the condition, I agreed, and am glad I listened. It's like I have a brand new pair of shoes!
