  SCAM by dishonest people. $40 for replacing one short zipper or $60 for a slightly longer zipper? Replacing one zipper slider for $20. I walked away immediately.

  AVOID!! Wanted to get the sleeves of my blazer altered and asked for the cost. Was generously offered a "fast 2 week return for a 20% discounted price of $75 plus tax if I paid in cash with no receipt and without measurements". The offer was way too generous to accept. Also, they 'lost' the price list so you have to take their kind words. PS just walk outside on Yonge and you'll find many better options.

  I brought my boots and they fixed them up so well. They are like brand news. I always go there. The best place ever.

  I had an uncomfortable encounter here a month ago. I had inquired about their shoe shine service, as the shoe shine center at Nordstrom was closed at the time. The prices are not posted and the manager on-duty quoted me $16 per pair, which seemed extremely high considering Nordstrom charges $3.50 per pair. When I left, I still wasn't certain if this was the true price or an attempt to overcharge me. I will likely never return.
