  Very good...BUT if you go to close to end of Day, the fruit and berry selection is depleted. Also, l love that you can return plastic shopping bags. Who doesn't have an abundance of these around. Don't put them in the trash, RECYCLE THEM AT Metro😀

  Clean store with a generally great staff. From picking up a few last minute items, to a complete pantry replenishment, the shopping experience here is usually quick and painless. However, some of the younger cashiers and floor associates could benefit from some basic customer service training.

  Very friendly staff and fresh produce. Metro as a company is often overpriced so I only go for select items. Unfortunately every time I have visited this location, the middle of the store reeks of rotting meat and sewage. (I feel like the butchery has ventilation issue)

  This metro offers a decent assortment of produce, as well as a good bakery section. They are almost always fully stocked, which is not common for most metros, and they offer fairly good hot and fresh food. The one area I think they could work on is there customer service. They have one or two cashier's(both ladies) that go above and beyond to make the customer have a good experience but the rest of the people I have encountered really seem to hate their lives or just their jobs... If this was worked on I could definitely recommend this store as one of the better metros in Ottawa.
