  I had to, first run to the washroom, LOL, before ordering anything, and I was immediately guided to where the washrooms were, which was a great time saver for me, if I would have had to look for that by myself. The washrooms were in pristine condition and very clean. With that problem out of the way, anyone can enjoy a nice bite to it at this place.

  I was at this location on friday. The cashier paid no attention to me, the customer, and instead kept chatting with another employee. I never even got my receipt. This has to be the WORST YIG location. The staff just doesn't seem to give af at all.

  They would not deliver to Gladstone avenue the wanted me to return to that Crappy grocery store on somerset and bank. Ex Hartman the store is terrible

  Good store but the lineups are awful. Takes absolutely forever to sit and wait in line even if it's not peak hours. Cashiers chat with customers and older folks probably like it but I just want to get my food then get out.

  This is my favourite grocery store in Ottawa - I've been shopping there for years and I've never had a bad experience. Their prices are generally very reasonable, and their food has been of good quality. I get the impression that the owner(s) really value their customers and want to provide a good experience.
