  Excellent location. The staff is accommodating. The continental breakfast is very nice. Hotel is clean and you feel safe there. The room was nice and there is a lot of room.

  I have stayed several times with Mainstay! It's my go to home while in Winnipeg. Check in is always fast and efficient, staff are fantastic! The rooms are spotless, the beds are very comfortable . I can only say my personal preference is firmer pillows, so I bring my own 😊 ! Thank you Mainstay keep up the great work

  Very disappointed. Not my first time with MainStay suits in Winnipeg. No problems for the first two times. But just recently booked a night with them and had to cancel do to an early flight. Called approximately 2h after the reservation to cancel and realized few days later that they had charged me. Called again to fix the situation and said that the fault was on me and that I hadn’t call. So it gives them a good reason to keep the payment. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

  This a clean and comfortable hotel to stay in. I like the fact that the sauna and hot tub are closed once a week for a thorough cleaning. There are only a very limited number of hotel hot tubs I would go in. This hotel is one that I would use. Some of the furniture is a little rough, and what I thought was dirty was actually just stained. Stained and worn are acceptable in hotels and motels. Let's face it, guests are hard on rooms. Dirty is not acceptable! Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast offered is very good with a wide variety of food available. Something for everyone. The sauna is a very small 2-3 person enclosure. It heats quickly and has a radio built in. The hot tub is much nicer.

  Buena ubicación. Serca al aeropuerto. Habitaciones muy amplias con cocina completa.
