  It's always a pleasure to stay at the Best Western Plus Airport in Winnipeg. After a long day's work, it's my home away from home. Staff are friendly, efficient and professional, and the rooms are comfortable, clean and welcoming. Thanks from a loyal customer.

  Staff were very friendly and accommodating! I have 6 month old twins and was by myself. At the beginning of our stay they had a playpen brought up which was excellent. At the end of my stay they granted me a late check-out and were then extremely patient with me while I loaded all of our stuff and exited the room. While checking out one of the staff actually stayed with my babies after wheeling my luggage down for me! Extremely appreciated Staff, thx a bunch! My only issue was that 1 out of the 2 elevators were out of service and the one that was working had an expired licence by 3 months.

  Staying here for several weeks. No complaints. Very clean. Nice staff. Good Food at restaurant. Just not to close to things other than the airport and Polo Park.

  As always, the service trumps the actual hotel itself. They have customer service that is fantastic... especially front desk staff. But the hotel is dated and needs some love. Also, the front entrance is usually a bit dirty and full of smoking men. It’s a little daunting. This hotel houses CN employees, so I do understand why. Can’t complain about how they care for customers though. Always the best!!!
