  This kiosk is the most useless phone kiosk I’ve ever been to. Cannot give me a phone plan, couldn’t unlock a Koodo phone, said she only does accessories and info. Every other phone company offers way more. Heather was useless just saying we had to call customer service for everything and gave off the impression that customers are not a high priority. Friend switched from Koodo to Bell after this experience.

  I don't know why Koodo doesn't have unlimited data I don't know why they won't help you at the booth when you buy your phone to set it up because doing it online is difficult not everybody is tech-savvy I however am relatively tech-savvy but the process should be easier. prices for services are a huge problem I brought a friend down there to get a phone plan and he wanted to spend $25 that he wasn't allowed to use his phone until after 7 o'clock what's the point of that kind of thing just a basic phone he didn't want to listen to anything these people don't really care they're just glad they have a cushy job where they stand around and text all day this goes for just about any location.

  Sub par service. The guy "helping" me made it very apparent that he didn't care. He and the other woman at the counter kept carrying on with their trivial side-conversation, and basically told me to just hop online to do everything myself. Indeed I can, but that's not really good customer service is it? What are you being paid for? Worst service Ive ever experienced at a Koodo kiosk. Please train your arrogant disinterested staff better.
