  I went to get my phone screen replaced, fine they did it no hassle, turns out my phone screen was unresponsive half of the time and my audio jack stopped working I brought it back and they put on a new screen , same problem still continues to happen although not as bad ... they refused to fixed my audio jack and I needed up wasting 100+$ and hours out of my days. Totally not recommended ...trash

  I agree with most comments - friendly staff in both Gatineau and Ottawa locations. Gatineau doesn't have a lot of stock on hand, but better price for the same package offered in Ottawa. Because I couldn't get the phone I wanted in Gatineau, I went to Ottawa (despite the higher price point). I bought the LG G6 and I'm happy with the phone, but I would strongly suggest buying phone accessories on amazon. For example, phone case at koodo is $45; case from amazon is $12. Last but not least, there is a current promotion in Ottawa where you get free bluetooth headphones with the purchase of the phone. Unfortunately, Ottawa did not have the headphones in stock, and they wouldn't agree to let me come back and get a pair once they re-stocked because I had to get the phone and thr headphones at the same time(?). Lame.

  Koodo, you and your Koodo Protection Plan company (esecuritel) are some of the most thieving and horrid companies me and my girlfriend have ever dealt with. All I have received is lies and misinformation from both of you. If anyone is thinking of switching to Koodo, don't. If you're thinking of purchasing their protection plan, RUN! Terrible Terrible customer service.
