  I came into Kintec about a month ago needing a new pair of runners as well as work shoes for being on my feet all day and Corey was super helpful. He analyzed my walking gait, asked lots of questions and right away suggested multiple shoes that were all very comfortable. He helped me decide between the options and was incredibly informative - he knows his stuff! Thanks Corey!

  Friendly, professional, patient service from Renee Tong, shoe tech; she took the time, took the information regarding my running problems and made the effort to try and find the right shoe for me and then gave me the time I needed to make my decision. I did make a purchase and unfortunately due to a prominent bone spur which only became irritated after wearing the shoes at home for a few hrs., I had to return the shoes. Once again, Renee was friendly, professional and empathetic re my foot problem and Kintec immediately gave me a refund. Hopefully, the next time I visit, with the info I gained, I will be able to find the right shoes for me. The selection of the main running brands was good.

  Amazing service from Corey and Carmella. Corey was very thorough assessing my feet and options to treat my plantar fasciitis. Carmella was wonderful as she went through options of footwear for both my son and myself. Cannot believe how much time she spent (over an hour!) analyzing our walk and explaining the options that we had. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone living in Vancouver.

  Went in store, got immediate help by Carly. Despite my bf and I being in a cranky mood, she was exceptionally professional and informative. She spent an hour and a half to figure out the best products and suggested many solutions to my multiple feet issues. I felt welcomed and comfortable to fully express and address my needs and concerns and she answered all our questions. To top it off, the store is itself is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely recommend this location for your foot needs.
