::Had to search for help, helpful once found. Good variety of outdoor goodies. Parking sucks.

::I went to Valhalla Pure in Vancouver today looking for sustainable and ethically produced jackets, not thinking too much about it and expecting just to wander around and look. However within a few minutes of walking in and talking about what I wanted with my partner, a salesperson arrived and went above and beyond with his knowledge and passion on the subject. He showed me jackets that matched exactly with what I wanted and could answer all my questions, and provide additional examples. I was floored by how much this gentleman knew about all the products and his passion with learning more. I will ALWAYS recommend shopping at Valhalla (though this individual is leaving next week), all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and I will be going back for my next outdoor purchase. Thank you!

::When I need outfit cloth , boots or gears This store is the first place to check . High qualty , colors and durability is my desire. Also Valhalla in Squamish is one to check. If anything is out of stock they shipped from their other stores for free too . Cool.

::Super rude and snobby sales guy. If you want to be talked down to for asking questions by a millennial snob, then by all means, shop here. I think the problem here is that they don't want to serve for a living so they scare off every person that walks in the door. A "Pure" ghost town. Extremely unwilling to be helpful! Makes you feel like you walked into their living room uninvited. Apparently they " don't have coats or jackets that keep you warm AND sweat free". And Apparently they only sell clothing for people that want to hike EVEREST and not clothing for people that simply want to stay warm in Vancouver. MY bad. Here's some advice: saying ignorant things in a passive demeanor doesn't actually make you smart. It's what you SAY!
