  I called in looking for general information. The lady I got on the phone speaks broken english (which is fine). However when I tried to explain to her my situation she wasn't giving ANY information on where I would need to go! She didn't suggest anything that was going to help me and was constantly interrupting me when I was trying to ask for some kind of information on who I would need to contact and where. I asked to speak to someone else (Which she denied!) in hopes of finding someone that would listen (not interrupt) and offer helpful information on where I could go to get further help. Finally I had to yell just to get her to shut up because she wouldn't let me speak. Hire someone thats going to listen!! Not someone thats going to interrupt those who are asking for help. Oh did I mention she also hung up on me. Not professional at all.
