  I came in looking for a Power supply and they cracked my case....just kidding they did the job i asked ..kinda wonder why the Chief made that post and why his user name is so racist

  They cracked the window on my pc case while installing a new power supply and fans, when I contacted them about it i was told they would get back to me. That was months ago and I haven't heard anything. I will never go there again.

  Absolutely the best company I've ever dealt with. There are not many businesses that I recommend, but over the past 15 years or so I won't go anywhere else and I recommend them to friends, family, and anyone I hear looking for computer related products. They took over an hour talk with a 10 year old about building a computer, walked him through all the parts going so far as to write him a quote. I don't know of many places that would do that. As for problems; sure, we've had problems; however, they have always worked to resolve the 2 problems we've had. Every company you will have a problem or disagreement, it is how that company deals with it that counts. I tech has always been upfront and willing to resolve the few and I mean few problems I've had in 15 years. All in all, the folks there rawk. You want good service, friendly, helpful staff, fantastic selection of parts, and an overall fantastic company, you owe it to yourself to get your computer related stuff at I Tech systems.
