  Hands down the worst EB in the city. Every time I go there, I kick myself for giving them my business. Every staff member I've encountered has been rude and dismissive. The manager, Sherry takes the cake. Sherry is easily one of the most unfriendly, passive aggressive people I have ever met. The fact that someone gave her the position of manager boggles my mind. There's another reviewer on here that is raving about how great Sherry is. Someone must be paying him to spread such lies. Save yourself some grief and head across Regent to the EB in Kildonan Place. Those guys are always friendly and willing to help.

  Couldn’t get a cash/debit refund for in used USB cable because the box was opened. Received instore gift card that I’ll never use, brought it back same day, not impressed as the box had been opened when I bought it from people checking it out. Store is a joke won’t ever be going back, terrible return policies should have went to Best Buy to begin with 30 days to return, don’t waste your time here.

  I don’t recommend anyone to go here. I was going to purchase a headset from this place but the person assisting me made me wait several minutes and when inquiring about whether I can order something they said they could not and did not provide anymore assistance. The reception was very cold and felt quite offended. Probably best to steer clear and just go over to the Best Buy nearby.
