::Called Instant plumping to help us checked my Baxi Luna Heater, they came gave us a diagnostic/recommendation on how to proceed because my old plumber is not available. To make the story short... my Heater got fixed by my old plumber and Instant Plumbing was kind enough to return the money that we paid them for the diagnostic... ::I called Instant Plumbing today as my hot water tank quit on me, after telling them about the issue over the phone they told me that since it was so cold out, the air intake pipe outside was frozen shut. I was told to remove the snow and break apart any ice that had formed around it. Instead of coming out and charging me through the roof for an emergency call, the guys at Instant Plumbing helped me out over the phone and I was able to get my hot water tank running again. Wow. Thoroughly impressed with the level of service I got from you guys! Keep up the great work!

::We had a leaky faucet in the kitchen which had ruined the basement ceiling. We called Instant Plumbing immediately as we had been very happy with their service when we had changed the garburator earlier this year. The phone was answered by Jeff and he said that unfortunately he had an opening the following day only after 5PM which meant overtime. We went ahead and booked the appointment as we didn’t want any other company. The following day to our surprise, he called to say he could come earlier in the afternoon. Jeff came with Gary . They were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We highly recommend Instant Plumbing –The best company ever!
