  Nothing but top notch service from Benner Plumbing & Heating Ltd! Brandon was quick to respond to our afterhours service requests and Jerry was fast and efficient on the replacement of our water heater and an all around great guy! Very competitive prices and GREAT SERVICE!!!! 5 stars all the way for Benner Plumbing! Thanks guys

  Contractor asked me to come here to pick my choice of plumbing and hardware for renovation. Jason was very pleasant throughout sales process. After sales, tried to ask some questions about weird taste in my expensive ro system and first to come out was, replace filter and service call. Keep cutting me off, hung up before i could finish my sentence. Never like to leave negative comments but this was a terrible experience.

  I’m a pastor at a small church and called Benner Plumbing when we had furnace problems. The repair man arrived at 9AM, worked for 1 and 1/2 hours, said he needed a part and left. He cane back a couple hours later and fixed the furnace. He was done at 3:15 and we were charged 6.5 hours labour. That would be from 9 AM TO 3:30 PM if he worked straight with no breaks ( though he was done st 3:15). He was at the church for about 3 it 3 and 1/2 hours total, so they charged me for at least 3 hours labour ( their shop is 15 minutes from our church) for running to get a part and probably a lunch break. Called to complain but management stood by the billing. I will not use them again or recommend them.... and will warn against them.

  While the counter sign does say 'no return on electrical', less than a 1/2 hr in my hands and a sealed box should account for something. A very curt response to my request to speak with the person above the one I was speaking with made me realize the conversation was over and I owned the fan motor. I will say the part supplied did fix my furnace problem but the excessive price and cavalier attitude left me cold.
