  We recently had the old standard shut off taps replaced with the lever variety.The plumber who performed the task was Jeremy H.He performed his duties efficiently,professionally,quickly and accurately and was courteous to us at all times ,He went further by suggesting future maintenance needs.He recommended the replacement of taps in the bathroom and kitchen sinks which are literally worn out we are going to have Hillcrest order and install these as soon as possible and we hope that we will be fortunate enough to have \jeremy do the work.The company is very fortunate to have such a capable young man as part of their team.Congratulations

  Worst experience imaginable. Doing ensuite bathroom renovations, I figured it best to leave the plumbing to the professionals. Does this sound like the work of professionals to you? New tub gouged by drill chuck when screwing the tub to the wall. Busted through the concrete floor when jack-hammering around the drain pipe to make a little room to attach the new drain. Repaired the hole by stuffing rags in there and slathering orange fire stop all over the place like a three-year old. Seriously. Installed the shower cartridge upside down so hot is cold and cold is hot. Seriously. And they charged me 11 hours and $1727, and never even called me afterwards to see if everything was okay. Wasted 2 months because they insisted that the gouged tub could be repaired so that the damaged area is 100% perfect. It can't. The repairers say "98%" at best. Horrible customer service. They would rarely call back when I would leave a message. I am a tradesman myself, and I know that in most trades there are some that are conscientious professionals and there are some that could not care less about taking care of their customers in a courteous and professional manner - probably because there's many more suckers where I came from. These are the kind of tradespersons that give the trade a bad name. This is the kind of company that Hillcrest Plumbing is. Steer clear.

  Doug fixed our water leak after giving us two options and working out how to do it without tearing up our tiled, heated kitchen floor or the slab. I can't imagine how much stress and expense he saved us. He's very personable and honest and a very professional, competent worker. Thanks, Dave S.

  My hot water boiler was broken and due to repair and upgrade to a new one, found their blog was interesting talking about different options, so decided to call them. If you are facing heating and boiler problems, don't hesitate to call them! They came to all the way to South Surrey considering their office is at Vancouver. 5 stars!!!
