::The plumber is NOT friendly and slow. Right after came into my kitchen he told me the service fee is 278 $ for the first hour instead of 189$ which I was told upon booking the appointment. I was confused and he didnāt even explain. Just say: Yeah thatās it. So I called the company and then they explained to me that thereās an additional charge for using the āsnakeā. And of course all these time was billed to me. I was billed for 1hour and 40 minutes ( including the time he was waiting for me even before the appointment time starts ). Total came to 368$ For using the snake to clear my kitchen sewer. I think itās too expansive. the receptionist and manager who talked to me over the phone are friendly and helpful though. I was told most plumbers are like that nowadays. I have no idea. Let me know if you have a good one to recommend. English is my second language and I am quite busy. I donāt write reviews normally.

::I donāt have change to give them zero stars I have to give them one star. their customer service sucks .the plumbing guy he doesnāt even know what heās doing . He is just wasting time to get more money . And he will get a lot of excuses with the hot water tankI I donāt recommend anyone anyone to call this place if they have plumping problem. they will tell you $175 there would have a lot of excuse and they will charge you triple of the price after they finish the job š¤®

::We had our main water line burst over the holidays. I called around and had an outrageous quote to replace the whole line, which we felt was not necessary since the house was only 10 years old. After speaking with Scott from High Mark he confirmed it's highly unlikely that would be needed. They showed up the next day and took care of the job. Professional, polite and honest. Great service and we were so thankful they could do all of this over the busy holiday season. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

::Worst of worst service in the calling!!!!! The price is very high, unreasonable. As i am a general contractor, i paid to my journeyman $45 - 55$ per hour. You guys charge to client 275$ of first calling and traveling charge plus hourly charge. It seems too high. Last year I got a service from your company. To replace hot water tank and cleaning of furnance. At that time I was in Edmonton to build hotel and warehouse. Even though your price was high at that time, I did. Today I called again to get service because I am in Edmonton. A guy got a call and explained price again. He told me a plumber will visit at my home late night. Suddenly he changed his mind and hang up on me . The reason I was laugh at him. It is very FUNNY. I am not laugh at him as calling. Anyway don't do business like that. Also I felt very bad. I did disclose the price of plumbing industry even though YOU GUYS NEVER CHANGE YOUR PRICE. GOOD LUCK!!!

::Zero star!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Their technicians are rude, pushy and if you don't like it, they'll just walk right out of your home after you have waiting 3 hours for them to arrive and do the work...hence wasting your time and the opportunity to call another plumbing company that has guys that have 101 people skills, can explain to you what the problem is and are 1/2 decent....They called me to APOLOGY..but no service, no discount offer for bad service and time wasting...nothing...Imagine!! I WILL NEVER CALL THESE GUYS AGAIN...AND I DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD EITHER! BE CAREFUL!!! THERE ARE LOTS OF PLUMBING COMPANIES TO WORK WITH. CHOOSE CAREFULLY!!
