  Glen's Independent has one of the best lunch deals in town: fresh vegetables prepared in store + quarter chicken for less than $6.00 is awesome. Also I complained about the lack of good bread at the store and they began carrying Dave's Killer Bread. Which is delicious. Groceries for the people gets 5 stars.

  Store is typically well-stocked and staffed. At times more focus is needed on cleanliness.

  Nice clean store, sometimes it's a long walk to get through it. Occasionally, I have a hard time finding items.

  I believe Indepent supermarket is the only one here in yellowknife so there is no other supermarket that you can campare it with. It serves its purpose to the people in yellowknife. The place is organize and a lot of choices. In terms of freshness of the meats, i would say not so much because first the location, secondly the time frame they deliver rhe products. Overall, it is a supermarket and you will still enjoy buying your grocery over there.

  非常好逛好買的地方，早餐有新鮮出爐熱騰騰的麵包，超多在地美食餅乾、楓糖等伴手禮~
