::Placed an order for the day and paid for shipping to have it delivered. They called me shortly after to tell me that driver is already out for delivery and they wanted to charge me additional fees for an "express" delivery to deliver as requested online. Not sure why they think it is my responsibility to carry on the overhead of their operational and technical deficiencies - either fix your website so customers can't place an order that you cannot deliver, or deliver express at your own expense. Not the greatest experience unfortunately. Asked them to cancel my order. Note to Owner per their response below: Cut off period is 2 pm per your website, I ordered at 12:40 pm and transaction for the same day delivery went through as expected. Attaching a snapshot from your website on cutoff time.

::This company saved Valentines Day! I was let down on Valentine's Day by a different company due to them not delivering in Toronto even though my order went through. I came across Flower Creations and they got my order delivered quickly the next day, great customer service and great value for money. I would definitely recommend and always use from now on! 5/5 star company.

::I’m impressed they sent me an email asking me to leave a comment, after messing up my order. I ordered flower for an anniversary event, to ensure if goes smoothly, I placed the order 2 days in advance. I read the terms and chose the flower carefully; paid delivery to ensure it gets sent on the specific time. A day later, flower was delivered – not the date as planned. I actually thought I placed the wrong order…Not the case. Called the shop, they refunded my delivery charge (To me for total customer satisfaction, I thought at the very least entire order to be refunded as the service provided is not what the client placed) The person over the phone tried to comfort me by telling me early delivery is better than late…(That excuse upset me even worst, I literally went speechless and silent on the phone for 30 seconds) Also the flower, while I’m not an expert and I understand changes may happen due to seasons/quantity...etc. The color scheme is not what as presented on the website. You be the judge. I tried to be unbiased, only not leaving a 1 star because at least there is flower delivered... ************** Dec29, 2017 Sorry it took me a while to post this update. A day after the review was posted, I received a call from the store. Person over the phone confirmed the order, apologized for the inconvenience. He had refunded my order fully and offered me credit for my next order. While I’m not sure if I will be a return customer, I think it is fair to say I appreciate they took my review/comment seriously and in a timely manner. Follow up action was also appropriate. I haven’t changed my 2 star review as I believe it is where it should be (reflect my initially order experience) but I feel like an update review is needed to be fair to the store and provide info on the post order experience.
