::What a horrible location, totally ruined my birthday. I hate them, my delivery was not delivered even though it was ordered 2 weeks in advance, I am 5 minutes away and they kept my package on the truck for the entire DAY while they drove around delivering other items further away. Then when asked about this they were rude, belligerent and said that they had until 5 pm to deliver and my package could be delivered the next day. what is the point of advance payment and ordering if they can not fulfil the order and do not tell you so. I am getting a full refund from them even if they deliver it because it was not done on the AGREED DATE and they have no excuse for not doing so. your business is going to close down.

::Unreliable delivery times. Wrong info given by staff order was transferred to another location in the end and was received at 8 pm after putting in order before 9 am weekday and it was no special holiday . Was told initially delivery will be done morning to mid afternoon

::I wishi could give ZERO stars for this location and company. Absolutely DISGUSTING customer service. An order was placed well in advance and was never received. I had to go in to the store the next day because no one answered the phone and was only then informed the driver's car broke down. A manager was to refund me in full and call once done and over 24h later has still not been done. When i asked for the manager's name i was told they were not allowed to provide it????? I recommend this company never be used.

::Zero star!! Avoid this location by all means!! Terrible and rude 'manager' I have EVER experience. His name is Naithan! I was complaining about my order that I received which was un-freash , this guy did not give me a chance to discuss my matter, rather he started to argue and rise his voice. I asked him, why you as a manager has to talk to a customer like this. He said ' inappropriate people we talk to them in appropriate way"!!!!!!! I was totally shocked and could not stand his rudeness! I hang up the phone! What a skill of manager that Edible is hiring?! What a professional way to talk to a customer?? My order was supposed to be sent from Mount Pleasent location but they changed it to this location. Make sure, your order does not come from this location! Something has to be done to this branch! hire professional people! This is an expensive order, which requires you put a professional people to handle it.

::Edible arrangements service blows. Ordered a week in advance to get it shipped out on valentine's day. Shipping to a business so delivery can be as late as 5pm. Lo and behold I gave them until 5:30 to deliver and nothing. No delivery, no update, no nothing. You're probably better off attempting to make your own fruit arrangement than order from them. They boast of great customer service but it's actually the worst experience ever.
