  Mark came through for my adult kids when they had major smoke & water damage. He was very honest and upfront and very kind to them during this traumatic time. Thank you so much for the excellent quality of work, reasonable price and general kindness.

  Good rides, the rides have a tendency to break down and fill up with water, but if you can get around its a really fun amusement park, I am also really itches after I get out of a ride that fills up with water and its way to expensive for what you get. but other than that the rides are great.

  I had emailed Mark through the website distraught as my wedding gown had gotten moldy in a closet with no air circulation. Mark was honest up front telling me that there was a chance they would not be able to clean the dress. Hopeful I left it with Mark! When they called a few weeks later (dropped off before Christmas) to let me know it was ready I was super excited! I could not be happier with the results!! My dress looks brand new again. Thank you so much Mark and staff!

  My fiancée and I had a bit of an accident where we arrived at our wedding venue three days before our wedding when we were moving a box of wine and one of our bottles of red wine that we had bought for guests had shattered and gotten on the bottom of the dress. Of course my wife to be was extremely distraught and we searched for a place that could help us in an emergency. We called Esquimalt Dry Cleaning as soon as they opened seeking help and the person on the other end of the phone was callous and extremely unhelpful. It was a short and curt "Our wedding dresses take days to do so we can't help you."It wasn't a "we can't do it because we are busy". The person didn't offer to look at the dress, make suggestions on what we could do, provide advice on other cleaners in the area. The person didn't even demonstrate the least bit of sympathy. Nothing. I understand that they may not be able to help but to not even try? Especially when you have a tearful bride calling in a panic trying to deal with a really unfortunate situation. I would never give a place like this my business as they didn't demonstrate much empathy for a potential customer. I was sorely disappointed.

  If there were more stars I would color them all in!! We took in 2 suede coats that were in poor shape, as they had been stored away for many years. Mark and his sister worked on them with such skill that they look brand new. We took in a third sheepskin coat that had an undefinable stain, and again with expertise and caring, the coat was returned to us in pristine shape. Mark and his sister are an incredible team. They go above and beyond and their personal attention to the customer is exceptional, and extraordinarily rare in this day and age! Thank you!
